We deliver across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and local areas for all boxes and tables.

Sweets are only available as collection or will be delivered if part of a larger order

All deliveries within 3 driving miles of HP157RJ are FREE, beyond this a small delivery fee may be charged, dependant on distance

For larger events we can arrange travel, so far we have catered as far as Warwickshire and Staffordshire!



For all table bookings we require the client to provide the table. The size of this will be discussed with each individual booking

Tables must be provided in a cool area away from sunlight. Food on the grazing table can be left out for around 4 hours and then must be disposed of.

Tablecloths can be provided by a client if preferred. We will lay out all food onto greaseproof paper.

Food will be pre-prepared at our base, unless there is an onsite kitchen available
This does depend on the size of your table.

We would arrive approximately 45 minutes before your time for eating if the table is for 15-20 guests and 1 hour if it is for 20-50 guests

For larger tables we would need a minimum 1.5-2 hours to set up, this will be discussed on a booking basis
Yes of course. Just make sure you tell us in advance and we can advise on substitutes and changes.

We regularly cater for vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options, please be aware that some dietary requirements may incur a surcharge for us to source the items

Please note we do sometimes use nuts in our kitchens and so cannot guarantee no nut traces in any of our products. Every effort will be made to prevent any cross contamination for orders with known allergies
Boxes and tables consist of a list of items (subject to availability), however we offer our clients a choice of cheeses and if you would like to make any substitutes or have a specific request we can build this into your quote
None of our quotes will include plates and crockery, but we can offer this as an additional item from as little as £1 per person
Yes we do! We can send you a gift voucher via email for any amount you wish to have. The voucher is valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against any of our products and services.

It can be sent to you or directly to your recipient with a message of your choice
Bites and Brunches reserves the right to make last minute substitution to your order if a product is not readily available.

The item will always be like for like (one cheese for another cheese for example) and you will still get the same monetary value of produce included in your box or on your table

We will aim to respond to you within 48 hours to arrange other booking details
A 50 % Deposit is to be paid upon booking by BACS payment to the account details below. The remaining balance is to be paid at least 7 days before the event

Please note your deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling is available up to 7 days before the event, after which no refund or reschedule will be possible

Where full payment has been made and cancellation is over 7 days before the event, a 50% refund will be honoured.

Additional people can be added to the booking at a minimum of 72 hours before the event, please enquire as to any additional payment required


Your grazing box will be made freshly to order on the day of delivery in line with the arranged delivery time.

The box should either be eaten within 2 hours of delivery or be stored in the fridge (8 degrees or colder) until eaten. The contents of the box should be eaten within three days (including day of delivery) if stored in the fridge. After this or if not stored in the fridge, the box should not be eaten and should be thrown away.

Once delivery of your box/table has been accepted, you/your recipient becomes responsible for the food and should follow these guidelines as set out above
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of order. The remaining balance will be due seven days before your event.

We do not hold dates until deposits are paid
